- Analytical techniques that can be applied in the quality control of vegetable, fruit and food samples
- Determination of the level of organic pollutants in water, air and soil samples
- Separation, identification and quantification of the distribution of fatty acids and volatile organic compounds in edible oil samples
- Detection, identification and quantification of pesticide residues present in environmental matrices and food
