  • Vibrational spectroscopy of nucleic acids
  • Investigation of nucleic acids structure and dynamics as proved by vibrational spectroscopy: confocal Raman spectroscopy, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), UV resonance Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)
  • Biophotonics in DNA-based molecular diagnosis
  • DNA interaction with femtosecond laser pulses
