  • Solid Physics Physics, Nanomaterials, Thin Films, Molecular Physics
  • The fabrication of thin gold and silicon films on various substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) in ultra-high vacuum with applications in sensors and micro- / nanoelectronic systems
  • Nanometric characterization of surface topography by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) microscopy
  • Fabrication of micro/nanostructurated surfaces using Nanoimprint lithography (NIL) and MBE
