Research Interests and Expertise

  • Development of new recognition models for food and beverage authentication using statistical methods and Artificial Intelligence
  • Development of new strategies for processing various types of experimental data determined through mass spectrometry (IRMS, ICP-MS) or various types of spectroscopies (IR, Raman, fluorescence, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR)
  • Optimization of authentication models by identifying optimal workflows for experimental data preprocessing
  • Development of new web applications for food/beverage authentication and traceability
